Hi-Line offers planning services for electric cooperatives, investor owned utilities, municipal electric systems, and the military. Analysis of an electric system starts with an understanding of the physical requirements necessary to build and maintain the substations, power lines, and equipment. Hi-Line's staff has hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of distribution utilities. Hi-Line provides assistance in the development of load projections and planning criteria. All designs developed by Hi-Line in a planning study undergo thorough analysis for alternate solutions.
